By using CozyFunds ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What CozyFunds Does

CozyFunds is a personal finance app that helps you track your spending and manage budgets. We connect to your bank accounts through Plaid to show your transactions. We can only view your data — we can't move money or make changes to your accounts.

Your Account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate
• Keeping your password secure
• Everything that happens under your account

Bank Connections

We use Plaid to connect to your bank. When you connect an account, you authorize Plaid to access your financial information. We never see or store your bank login credentials. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.

Not Financial Advice

CozyFunds is for informational purposes only. It's not financial, legal, or tax advice. Always verify important financial information with your bank.

Data Accuracy

We try to show accurate information, but we rely on data from your bank and Plaid. We can't guarantee everything is 100% accurate or up-to-date.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available. We may need to take it down for maintenance or updates.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will permanently delete all your data. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
